1. ASSISTANT ACCOUNTANT

Duties and responsibilities

1. Assist in day to day running of the Accounts office
2. Post and update of transactions in Quick Books – Cash Books, Ledgers, etc.
3. Accounts Receivables – invoicing, debt collection, customer accounts reconciliations
4. Accounts Payables – preparation of payment requisition vouchers, writing of cheques, supplier accounts reconciliations
5. Filing work
6. Monthly bank reconciliation statements
7. Assist in filing payroll taxes, withholding and VAT
8. Monthly and Quarterly Management Accounts
9. Assist in Accounts errands when called to do so

Requirements

• Have at least 4 years work experience
• Ability to meet set deadlines
• Attention to details
• Have strong communication skills
• Be Computer literate
• Have at least CPA 4
• Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel

2.  PLAY-OUT TECHNICIAN TRAINEE

We wish to hire a Play–Out Technician Trainee who will learn to create playlists, ensure that the shows aired are broadcast quality, monitor the signal, direct shows, among other duties.

Requirements:

• Have at least a Diploma in Electronics/Telecommunication Engineering or in a related field
• Be computer literate
• Must have a positive attitude and be willing to learn
• Be a person of integrity, self-driven and passionate

Interested candidates must possess the following:

• Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
• Strong sense of initiative, requiring minimal supervision
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Able to exercise sound judgment in decision making
• Good problem solving skills
