It is an important weapon against the enemy, as Paul E. Billheimer said: "Satan does not care how many people read about prayer if only he can keep them from praying”.

Prayer or talking to God should be done at all times, not just when we are in trouble or need divine intervention in our lives. It is a discipline that Christians must adopt to live a victorious life on earth. The bible in 1 Thessalonians 5:17 tells us to pray without ceasing.
